These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ppavakey.in and any purchase made through the Site, operated by Pavakey (“we”, “us”, “our”), GSTIN 24AFGPG0531F1Z5, registered office at Shree Mahavir Textile Market, Ring Road, Surat – 395002, Gujarat, India. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

All products are hand-printed/hand-crafted ethnic wear. Due to the nature of hand-block printing, dyeing, and embroidery, minor variations in colour, print placement, and embellishment between the product photo and the delivered item may occur and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via credit/debit card and UPI (processed securely through Stripe) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

3. Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavakey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
