Refund & Exchange Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

At Pavakey, every piece is hand-printed and finished with care. To keep our processes fair for everyone, please review our exchange terms below.

1. Exchange-Only Policy

We offer exchanges only — we do not offer cash or online refunds, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received (see Section 4). You may request an exchange for a different size or a different product of equal value within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging, free of stains, odours, or alterations.
  • Requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Innerwear, sale/clearance items, and made-to-order or customised pieces are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Email info@ppavakey.in or WhatsApp +91 91736 14551 within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
  • Once the item passes quality check at our facility, we will dispatch your replacement/exchanged item.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. In these cases, we will offer a free replacement, exchange, or refund to your original payment method, at your choice.

5. Exchange Shipping Costs

Exchanges due to a change of mind (size/style) may involve a reverse pickup and re-shipping charge, which will be communicated before you confirm the exchange. Exchanges due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item) are free of cost.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
