1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at info@ppavakey.in.

2. Shipping Charges

• Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999.
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹2,999, calculated at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional COD handling fee, shown at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account → Orders.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails each time, the order will be returned to us; we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply for COD orders).
